Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education

In October–December 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology humanitarian campaigns carried out multiple local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup covered neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.

Activities were reported in multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
